FORZA Speed Sled

DEVELOP SPRINT POWER & ACCELERATION FOR ALL FOOTBALLERS

Designed for football players who rely on speed and power, the complete FORZA Speed Sled kit gives you all of the essential equipment required for progressive resisted pulls in one setup, built to take performances to new levels on the pitch. The sled is available as a sled only option (without fitted sled skis) or a complete bundle with an adjustable harness, connector straps and smooth-glide sled skis. The commercial-grade steel sled uses a central post compatible with standard 5cm Olympic weight plates and supports a maximum recommended plate load of 180kg, allowing resistance to be scaled for progressive acceleration drills, strength work and conditioning. Our optional protective HDPE skis create a smoother contact surface across grass, turf and indoor football pitches, while the adjustable harness and extended 1.9m straps help maintain clearance for a natural sprinting stride with no risk of colliding with the equipment mid-stride. Once the session is finished, the quick-release post can be removed and secured flat inside the frame, creating a compact, self-contained setup for easy transport and storage in car boots, changing rooms or storage cupboards.

Choose the sled only or the complete bundle with harness, connector straps & protective skis

Designed for resisted sprinting, forward/backward pulls & conditioning for all footballers

Optional HDPE protective skis allow use on both grass, turf & indoor football pitches

180kg maximum plate load for progressive, scalable resistance across different players & teams

Quick-release loading post stores horizontally inside the frame for easy storage in a car boot
