Our survey is now open

Have your say on the state of grassroots football by completing our survey. This questionnaire should take around 10-15 minutes and your responses will help us gain a clearer understanding of the grassroots landscape and highlight what’s really happening throughout the football pyramid.

As a thank you for completing the survey, you'll be automatically enrolled in a £1,000 prize pool, courtesy of FORZA! This pool features a £500 voucher grand prize for one lucky winner, along with five £100 vouchers up for grabs. Winners will be selected at random from all responses received.
