Mat Thickness Guide:
- 10mm: Recommended for light use (yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight workouts)
- 15mm: Recommended for home gyms with free weights (Dumbbells and kettlebells)
- 20mm: Recommended for medium to heavy strength training
- 30mm: Recommended for high-impact use (Olympic lifting and commercial gyms)

- The mats have a size tolerance threshold of +/-0.5% of 50cm due to the production process meaning that sizes can vary slightly in the cooling process.
- PLEASE NOTE: The 10mm (all colours) & 15mm (all colours) thicknesses are NOT compatible with the tile connectors
- 6 months warranty - Please Note: In this period, we will replace any defective products at no additional cost. However, this does NOT include malicious damage, lost/stolen goods or altered products.
- PLEASE NOTE: For best results, we recommend the H pattern installation. Lay the tiles in a brick-style pattern, starting with one full row and offsetting the next by half a tile (25cm) to help prevent gaps and ensure a secure, seamless finish.
