Specially designed to be 50% quicker to install (minimal components to install). Crossbars and uprights manufactured from heavy-duty 102mm x 112mm (4in x 4.4in) elliptical aluminum with reinforced ribs inside for additional strength. The aluminum wall thickness is 3mm (0.12in), compared to competitor averages of 2mm–2.5mm (0.08in–0.1in). Tough, scratch-resistant powder-coated paint finish in optic white. 45cm (17.7in) deep aluminum ground sleeve sockets with rubber lid provided. The 1-piece crossbar has welded arms that simply drop into both uprights and lock into place using dome-headed bolts. Internal connectors in corner joints add strength for long-lasting reliability. Twist & lock-style, UV-treated safety net clips, made from nylon, securely attach the goal net into the goal’s internal channel. Special net fastening clips are provided to ensure a neat, square and secure finish.</p> <h3>Hinged Bottom Net Frame:</h3> <p>Upgraded construction for elite clubs and UEFA/worldwide tournaments. The net frame weighs down box-shaped nets to the ground (no need for ground pegs). Can be lifted when not in use for grounds maintenance and to prevent vermin damage to the net. Manufactured from 60mm OD aluminum (upgraded to be stronger with less bend and heavier to keep nets weighted down better). Tough, scratch-resistant, powder-coated paint finish in optic white. Supplied with premium-grade touch-fastening system ties to secure the hinged base frame to the goal upright when lifted. Hinged brackets are specially engineered to prevent base frame misalignment during the lifting/lowering process. Complete with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. Goal also includes a pro hinged base frame with an in-ground locking system for added stability during use.</p> <h3>Rear Net Support Post Stanchions:</h3> <p>The stanchions feature an upgraded tension system to ensure the perfect box shape. Posts are strong yet lightweight, making them easy to carry. The net stanchions are constructed from 80mm OD reinforced aluminum with a wall thickness of 2.5mm (0.1in). The posts have a tough, scratch-resistant powder-coated paint finish in black. 45cm (17.7in) deep aluminum ground sleeve sockets with rubber lid (requires concreting into the ground). Supplied with black ratchets & straps with carabiner clip, which tension the stadium box nets into position. A secondary ratchet and wire tension system has been introduced to reduce net sag for a perfect box-shaped net. Complete with eye bolt brackets, rubber post-top caps and stainless steel nuts/bolts/washers.</p> <h3>Stadium Box Goal Nets:</h3> <p>Premier League/UEFA-grade stadium box nets that measure 24ft wide, 8ft high, with a choice of three goal depths (6ft, 6.5ft or 8ft). Manufactured from 5mm (0.2in) thick braided HDPP, the net has a 120mm (5in) knotless mesh size. Available in white, black, blue, green, orange, red, yellow, blue/white, green/white and red/white.
