Specially designed to be 50% quicker to install, with minimal components required. Crossbars and uprights are manufactured from heavy-duty 102mm x 112mm (4in x 4.4in) elliptical aluminium with reinforced internal ribs for added strength. The aluminium wall thickness is 3mm (0.12in), compared to the competitor average of 2mm–2.5mm (0.08in–0.1in). Finished with a tough, scratch-resistant powder-coated optic white paint. Includes 45cm (17.7in) deep aluminium ground sleeve sockets with rubber lids. The one-piece crossbar includes welded arms that drop into both uprights and secure using dome-headed bolts. Internal corner connectors add strength for long-lasting reliability. UV-treated twist-and-lock nylon safety net clips secure the net within the internal channel. Special fastening clips ensure a neat, square and secure finish.</p> <h3>Hinged Bottom Net Frame:</h3> <p>Upgraded for elite clubs and UEFA/international tournaments. The frame weighs box-shaped nets down to the ground, eliminating the need for ground pegs. Can be lifted during maintenance or to prevent vermin damage. Manufactured from 60mm OD aluminium, upgraded for greater strength, reduced flex and improved net weighting. Finished with a tough, scratch-resistant powder-coated optic white paint. Supplied with premium-grade touch-fastening ties to secure the frame to the upright when lifted. Hinged brackets are engineered to prevent misalignment when raising or lowering the frame. Supplied with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. Includes a pro hinged base frame with an in-ground locking system for additional stability.</p> <h3>Rear Net Support Post Stanchions:</h3> <p>Features an upgraded tension system for a perfect box shape. Strong yet lightweight for easy handling. Constructed from reinforced 80mm OD aluminium with a 2.5mm (0.1in) wall thickness. Finished with a tough, scratch-resistant black powder-coat. Includes 45cm (17.7in) deep aluminium ground sleeve sockets with rubber lids (requires concreting). Supplied with black ratchets & straps with carabiner clips to tension the stadium box nets. A secondary ratchet and wire tension system reduces net sag to maintain ideal shape. Includes eye-bolt brackets, rubber post-top caps and stainless steel hardware.</p> <h3>Stadium Box Goal Nets:</h3> <p>Premier League/UEFA-grade stadium box nets measuring 24ft wide, 8ft high, with a choice of three goal depths (6ft, 6.5ft or 8ft). Manufactured from 5mm (0.2in) braided HDPP with a 120mm (5in) knotless mesh. Available in white, black, blue, green, orange, red, yellow, blue/white, green/white and red/white.
