FORZA Telescopic Goalkeeper Jump Trainer

HELP YOUNG GOALIES COMMAND THEIR AREA WITH THE TELESCOPIC JUMP TRAINER

Being comfortable with collecting crosses and high balls is vital for goalkeepers at all levels, and this telescopic jump trainer is built to develop this skill. It creates a clear, repeatable target, helping young goalkeepers build their confidence when catching and receiving the ball in mid-air. Designed to be held and controlled by a coach, the adjustable aluminium pole extends from 1.4m to 3.25m (4.5ft to 10.5ft) so the ball can be positioned for a wide range of reaching, catching and jumping drills. The cleat hook helps maintain the chosen cord length and ball height, while the elastic cord keeps the ball connected for a quicker reset between repetitions. The lightweight 2kg design allows easy transport between pitches and quick repositioning around different sessions, making it a practical option for one-to-one coaching, goalkeeper stations and youth academy training. Three different sizes of attachable soccer ball available (size 3, size 4 and size 5), ensuring goalkeepers get used to catching the same size ball they use in matches.

Adjustable 1.4m–3.25m pole height lets coaches progress the challenge for all goalies

Elastic-cord ball remains connected for efficient rests between repetitions

Coach-held design allows the target to be easily moved between different groups & sessions

Lightweight 2kg aluminium design stays easy to carry, even during high-repetition drills

3x ball sizes available to suit goalkeepers of different ages & abilities
